Katie Osborne, Principal of Full Moon Design Group, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Journalism. The journalism school opened the door to Katie's true love of graphic design. "The graphic design world is always evolving and I'm lucky enough to be right in the middle of it. I'm always learning new tricks, new styles of design and new ways to impress our clients!" In an effort to grow Full Moon’s client base, you will see Katie around the Austin area networking and meeting new people. She's always open to new networking opportunities and meeting people from different industries. Drop her a line if you know of a fun group where she can exchange cards! On a more personal note, Katie gets her kicks hanging out with friends & family and tooling around Austin. Growing and tending to her vegetable garden is Katie's most rewarding hobby and it pays off when she gets to eat the fruits of her labor! She has two pets...a cat named Dixie and a dog named Cash. There is never a dull moment in her life!

Vicky Gouge began her creative journey at an early age with a constant passion for drawing and sketching. This passion was the foundation for her excellence in the arts and the numerous awards she won for her creative artwork. Vicky’s passion for the arts continued throughout her college years at Texas State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Art & Journalism. Since graduating, Vicky has gone on to work in every aspect of graphic design, lending to her expansive knowledge of the industry. As principal and co-founder of Full Moon Design Group, Vicky brings to the company a fervor and drive for accomplishment and advancement. Her focus is to build long term relationships by offering cutting edge design solutions and top-notch client service. Vicky thrives at constantly pushing the bar to be successful in whatever challenge she undertakes. She believes that building long-lasting client relationships is crucial to everyone’s success, and it is this belief that is the foundation to Full Moon’s exponential growth. Vicky’s motto is to learn something new each day and live it as it were her last. When she’s not working in a creative environment, she’s traveling, entertaining, watching movies, and playing with her two dogs, Madison and Bella, who mean the world to her.
Craig Kotfas

Craig Kotfas is an everflowing spring of creativity... same temperature year round. During the day he tickles the keyboard and moves the mouse to design anything you can imagine. He loves doing logos and thrives in seeing things in a different light. When the sun sets, Craig expels all remaining creativity doing improv comedy with his troupe "The Knuckleball Now" at The Hideout Theatre downtown, or playing guitar and singing around town. CK is a huge Chicago Cubs fan and we'll leave it at that. He likes to keep things POSITIVE, POSITIVE, POSITIVE!
Brian Jepson

Brian Jepson, Graphic Designer, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BFA in Studio Art / Design. He has been a professional graphic designer and illustrator for 14 years in Austin. Brian finds inspiration in the sleek design aesthetic of the late 1950's and early 1960's and brings that sense of fun and clean, colorful design to his modern day work. He strives not only to meet or exceed the expectations of the client, but also to meet his own personal design goals and to find a good balance between the two. In the evenings, you may find Brian performing on one of the many stages around Austin as a member of a local theater company or as one of the members of Austin's own Beatles tribute band, The Eggmen. Brian also does voiceover work for TV and radio commercials as well as Japanese Anime cartoons.
Lance Frank

Lance Frank, Bookkeeper/Office Manager, graduated from Austin College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Communication Arts. He has previous experience as an Accounting Assistant as well as some consulting work. In his spare time, Lance enjoys hanging out with friends and staying active. Soccer is his favorite sport and he likes to play any chance he gets. He also has a dog named Sadie who likes to help keep him busy.
